Rareview Capital is an SEC-registered investment advisor that provides investment management services to institutions and high net worth individuals. We help investors reach their long-term goals through active money management.

Is Rareview Capital a regulated financial institution?

Yes. Rareview Capital LLC is an SEC-registered Investment Advisor. We are also regulated by the National Futures Association.

Where will my assets be held?

Your assets are not held in custody with Rareview Capital LLC. We work with a third-party custodian. We offer investment management services through Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. (“Schwab”), a leading provider of trading, custody, and brokerage services to registered investment advisory firms.

What is Rareview Capital’s approach to investing?

Above all else, we champion goals-based investment management. We believe aligning investment solutions with investors’ goals is the best approach to reaching one’s aspirations. What is the minimum to become a client?

Rareview Capital focuses on high net worth individuals with investable assets of $1,00,000 or more.

What is Rareview Capital’s fee structure?

We charge an asset-based fee. We do not earn commissions on trades. Our fee structure is tiered based on your portfolio’s size. It is charged quarterly. There are no account service, transaction, or termination fees. However, for all investments in Mutual Funds and Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), you will incur fees and expenses related to owning shares of a fund. How do I become a client?

You can become a client by contacting us or calling us today at (212) 475-8664. We’d be happy to speak with you and discuss your goals. We will guide you through every step of becoming a new client. Our hands-on approach respects your time, keeps you informed, and reduces the amount of paperwork you need to fill out.

Who manages Rareview Capital?

Our leaders bring decades of institutional industry expertise in driving our investment process and operations. Neil Azous is the Managing Member and is responsible for managing the daily operations.
