<strong>Neil azous</strong>

Neil azous

Founder | Managing Member | Chief Investment Officer


Neil Azous is the Founder, Managing Member, and Chief Investment Officer of Rareview Capital. Neil heads the firm’s investment team and oversees all portfolio and risk management activities. Neil also serves as a Portfolio Manager to the Rareview ETFs. Neil has 28 years of experience in the financial markets. Before founding Rareview Capital, Neil was a Managing Director at Navigate Advisors where he specialized in constructing portfolios and advising on risk. On Wall Street, his career included roles at UBS Investment Bank and Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, where his responsibilities comprised of trading derivatives, hedging solutions, asset allocation, and fundamental securities analysis. He began his career at Goldman Sachs in Fixed Income, after completing both the firm’s Analyst and Associate training programs. Neil completed graduate-level coursework for an MS in Real Estate at New York University and received his BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington, where he was a member of the University of Washington Bothell Board of Advisors and was the recipient of the Bothell Business School 2013 Distinguished Undergraduate Alumnus Award.

Director of Marketing


Louis Noschese is the Director of Marketing of Rareview Capital. Louis is a capital market professional with over 40 years of experience in Institutional Sales and Sales Management across the spectrum of fixed income products. In both capacities, Louis developed long-lasting relationships with many of the largest global financial institutions. Known for his innovative thinking, Louis brings a highly adaptive skill set and in-depth market knowledge to Rareview Capital. Recognizing client objectives and providing appropriate solutions has been a hallmark of his career. Louis has held senior roles at the following primary dealers known for fixed income trading: UBS Investment Bank, Drexel Burnham Lambert, Bear Stearns, RBS Greenwich Capital Markets, and CRT Capital. Louis received his BA in Liberal Arts from the College of the Holy Cross.

Portfolio Manager


Michael Sedacca is a Portfolio Manager at Rareview Capital. Michael is a member of the investment team and is responsible for research, as well as assisting with trading and portfolio management. Michael also serves as a Portfolio Manager to the Rareview ETFs. Michael has 13 years of experience in the financial markets. Before joining Rareview Capital, he was responsible for managing the research platform at T3 Live, a premier financial publishing company that specializes in propriety trading and education. Michael completed coursework at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill where he played collegiate golf.

JOHN NETTO

Chief Legal Macro Strategist


John Netto is the Chief Legal Macro Strategist at  Rareview Capital. He is also the author of The Global Macro Edge: Maximizing Return Per Unit-of-Risk and featured in Jack Schwager’s Unknown Market Wizards: The Best Traders You’ve Never Heard Of, which profiles his career employing discretionary and algorithmic macro trading strategies. Mr. Netto created the Netto Number, the Risk Factor Compensation System, and the Protean Strategy—frameworks that have reshaped how professional investors quantify and reward risk-adjusted performance. He has appeared on Bloomberg TV, CNBC, Fox Business, Real Vision, the Words of Rizdom podcast, and The Wall Street Journal, sharing insights on macro strategy and capital market architecture. A former U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sergeant, he brings that same precision and discipline to his legal and advisory work. Mr. Netto is also a licensed attorney in the State of Nevada. He earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from UNLV’s Boyd School of Law, where he externed with both the Nevada Supreme Court (Justice Kristina Pickering) and the Discovery Commission (Commissioner Adam Ganz). Mr. Netto integrates law, finance, and technology to guide clients through complex transactional, M&A, and trust matters with risk-adjusted insight. Mr. Netto is also completing his MBA at UNLV’s Lee Business School, focusing on accounting, M&A, financial modeling, and Subchapter K taxation–all through an AI lens–with expected graduation in 2026.
